Area – Located In Furzton, one of the best areas in Milton Keynes. This property is in a quiet, peaceful and friendly neighbourhood.

There is a big park with pathway directly outside the front door. You can also see some nature and scenery by visiting the Local Furzton Lake which is the second biggest lake in Milton Keynes, perfect for a nice walk 🙂

Kitchen – Large Modern Kitchen with all appliances and Cooking Equipment. There is a Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and Sink with Tap. We provide lots of cooking equipment like Pots, Pans, Trays, Cutlery, Mugs, Glasses, Cooking Utensils, bottle openers and more!

Lounge – There is a Large Comfy Reclining Leather Chair and a Large Comfy Reclining Leather Sofa with pillows. There is a Modern Glass Table with 4 chairs and a Big 50″ Smart TV with Netflix.

Bathroom – A Modern Bathroom with Bath, Shower, Toilet, Sink with Tap and a big mirror. Toilet rolls, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner is all provided. Towels are provided but please bring your own flannels.

Bedrooms – All Beds are Full Size with New Thick, Comfy mattress Perfect for a good nights sleep. We provide Clean Crisp Bedding for all stays including Fitted Sheet, Duvet and Duvet Cover, Pillows and Pillow Cases, A blanket and extra pillow for each bed. All Bedrooms have nice carpets giving a warm cosy feel

Bedroom Layouts:

Bedroom 1 – 3 x Single beds (Can be configured as a Double Super King size bed). A Table and Chair with views of the local park. There are 3 x Bedside drawer units with Aukey Lamps and a clothes rail.

Bedroom 2 – 1 x Double bed, bedside drawers with Lamp and a clothes rail.

Bedroom 3 – 1 x Single bed, bedside drawers with Lamp and a clothes rail. Hallway, Downstairs there is a wall mounted coat rail and a shoe rack.

Upstairs there is a wall mounted mirror. Garden – Tidy, Modern, low maintenance rear garden with Shed. There is seating for 4 people and a table Pets – We do consider some pets at this property for longer stays.

All pets must be pre approved before check in and an additional pet fee may be applied. WiFi – This property has Fast WiFi Security Cameras – We have a Ring Doorbell on the Front Door.

There is also a larger Ring Floodlight Security Camera looking over the Back Garden, Side Pathway and Parking Area.
