At DeeTee Properties, our journey started with persistence, purpose, and a vision that went far beyond simply buying and selling property. Over a decade ago, our founder Tash first entered the property world while working at a lettings agency. What began as a job quickly turned into a deep fascination with how property can create real opportunities, stable income, and long-term wealth for people. The path was never easy. Like many entrepreneurs, Tash went on to explore several business ventures, including digital marketing and cleaning services. Each experience taught valuable lessons, yet she still felt something bigger was missing. Between 2020 and 2022, a powerful calling returned — a deep desire to help eradicate poverty in Africa. She knew she needed a scalable business that could generate meaningful impact. That realisation led her back to property. Determined to master the industry, Tash dedicated herself to learning everything she could. She studied strategies, watched hours of training, and learned from experienced mentors. There were setbacks, mistakes, and difficult moments, but her determination never faded. Then came the first successful deal after months of hard work. That moment was deeply emotional. It proved that consistent effort truly pays off. From that point, DeeTee Properties began to grow. We started working with investors, managing serviced accommodation, and building strong systems and teams. Today, the vision remains the same. We are using property as a powerful vehicle to create sustainable opportunities, starting with plans to build a digital services hub in Tanzania that will provide employment and virtual assistant services to clients worldwide. For us, property is more than buildings and investments. It is about creating opportunity, empowering people, and making a genuine global impact.
